Trade License

A trade license is a permit or license that the municipal corporation issues to allow the conduct of a specific trade at a specific address.

And now a trade license is required. The main benefit is that it keeps you from receiving punishment. In India, it is illegal to conduct business without obtaining a trade licence. Moreover, it serves as evidence that your establishment is free of illicit conduct. The Shop and Establishment Act governs all aspects of business conduct, including working hours and employee benefits.

The application needs to be submitted within 30 days of the business's launch.

• Address proof and Pan Card Copy or Directors/Partners of the business.
• Rental agreement/EB Card for proof of the business place
• Constitution proof of the business in case of Firm/Company
• Bank Statement/Cancelled Cheque of the business.
