We do not use client identity, client brand, client name, or client information for marketing purposes without written consent. We also do not provide client information to other prospective customers for advertising purposes.

Confidential Information includes data disclosed by the client that must be kept private to protect business interests, patent rights, trade secrets, competitive advantage, and financial information.
Invention Descriptions
Confidential Information may include invention descriptions and details related to unique business or technical ideas.
Technical & Business Information
Specialized business data, technical details, proprietary concepts, and creations are treated as confidential.
Patentable Ideas & Trade Secrets
Patentable ideas, trade secrets, patent searches, proprietary drawings, and illustrations are protected as confidential information.
Products & Services
Existing or proposed products and services, research and development, production details, and business models are confidential.
Financial Information
Costs, profits, margin data, funds, financial projections, and related financial information are kept private.
Clients & Marketing Plans
Customer lists, client details, marketing information, current business plans, and future business plans are confidential.
Protected Whether Marked Confidential or Not
Confidential Information may include invention descriptions, technical and business information, proprietary ideas, patentable ideas, trade secrets, drawings, illustrations, patent searches, products, services, research and development, production, costs, profits, margins, funds, financial projections, customers, marketing details, and current or future business plans and models, whether or not such data is marked as confidential at the time of disclosure.
Internal Access &Disclosure Control
Chokurei Tax Partners restricts disclosure of Confidential Information within the organization to authorized persons who need to know the information for service delivery or related business purposes.
Internal Access Restriction
Chokurei Tax Partners will restrict access to Confidential Information within the organization only to people who need to know it.
Authorized People Only
Access may be limited to directors, officers, partners, members, employees, or independent contractors connected with the work.
No Disclosure Except by Law
Chokurei Tax Partners and its affiliates will not disclose Confidential Information unless legally required to do so.
Complete Understanding
This agreement records the complete understanding between Chokurei Tax Partners and the client regarding Confidential Information.
Written Changes Only
Any addition or modification to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by the parties.
Enforceability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be enforced as fully as possible.
Disclosure Only When Required by Law
Chokurei Tax Partners and its affiliates will not reveal Confidential Information received from the discloser unless required to do so by law.
Agreement, Enforcement &User Responsibility
This Agreement states the complete understanding between Chokurei Tax Partners and the client concerning the disclosure and protection of Confidential Information.
Client information is handled with strong emphasis on privacy and information security management.
Confidential Information remains protected whether or not it is marked as confidential at the time of disclosure.
Unauthorized activities may lead to consequences, losses, damages, or legal responsibility.
The policy is applicable to all customers of Chokurei Tax Partners.
Unauthorized Activities May Create Liability
Users are solely responsible for any outcomes, losses, or damages that Chokurei Tax Partners may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to unauthorized activities conducted by the user. Such activities may also result in criminal or civil liability.
Remaining Terms Continue to Apply
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be enforced as fully as possible. The unenforceable provision will be considered modified only to the limited extent required to allow the Agreement to operate as a whole.
